Returns:
- We only offer exchanges or store credit on returnable items.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for Accessories, White Clothing, Swimwear, Leotards, Custom Clothing, Clothing with Lace, and Sale items. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving their order to initiate an exchange.
- To request an exchange, please email us at info@btashi.com, providing your order number and reason for the exchange.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and for reshipping the exchange item.
