Pick Up Policy

SHOP TASHI – LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before selecting the Local Pickup option at checkout. By placing an order for local pickup, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PICKUP DAYS & HOURS

• Local pickups are available on Saturdays only.
• Pickup hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
• No exceptions will be made outside of these scheduled pickup hours.

PICKUP SCHEDULE

• Orders placed Sunday through Friday will be available for pickup on that week's Saturday.
• Orders placed on Saturday will be available for pickup the following Saturday.

PICKUP NOTIFICATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and text message with your pickup date, pickup instructions, and pickup location.

Pickup location is in Miami, Florida. The exact pickup address will be provided after your order is processed.

MISSED PICKUPS

If you do not pick up your order during the scheduled pickup hours of 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday, your pickup will automatically be rescheduled for the following Saturday.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of the original pickup date may be canceled without notice and may be subject to a restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS

• A valid photo ID matching the order name may be required at pickup.
• The order confirmation email or pickup confirmation text must be presented at pickup.
• If someone else is picking up your order, you must notify us in advance and provide their name.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you selected the Local Pickup option and need to exchange an item, you must mail the item back to us in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests at the pickup location under any circumstances.

SHOP TASHI RETURN POLICY STILL APPLIES

All pickup orders remain subject to Shop Tashi's Return, Exchange, Store Credit, and Final Sale Policies.
